Goldenke 11 was born from a shared passion for honey and the desire to create something truly unique. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a craft – experimenting with honey and fermentation to develop a sparkling mead with the elegance of champagne and a character of its own. Since 2021, every bottle we produce is handcrafted with care, using selected honey varieties, fine yeast, and months of maturation. As a small family-run business, we handle every step ourselves – from choosing raw ingredients to bottling and labeling. Goldenke 11 is crafted on a historic summer estate in the picturesque village of Sieber, where the Goldenke River flows into the Sieber – the namesake of our sparkling mead.
